1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "sa444", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the sa444 platform and its operating brand, accessible at sa444.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on sa444 or otherwise accesses and uses the platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a player upon successful registration on sa444.
• "Platform" — the sa444 website, mobile browser interface, and all associated services, games, and betting products.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held within a player's sa444 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits awarded by sa444 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable cash.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the sa444 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and sa444.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the sa444 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use sa444. Registration, depositing, and wagering by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited. sa444 employs age verification procedures at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any point during the lifecycle of an account.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

sa444 is operated for and primarily directed at players located in Bangladesh. 3.3 Capacity to Contract

By accepting these Terms you represent that you are of full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use sa444 if a court of competent jurisdiction has determined that you lack the legal capacity to contract.

3.4 Not Acting on Behalf of Another

You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as agent or nominee for any third party. Use of sa444 accounts on behalf of another person is not permitted.

4 Account Registration

4.1 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold one single sa444 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, household, or payment method — is a breach of these Terms. In the event that duplicate accounts are detected, sa444 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. sa444 may reject or close accounts where materially false information is provided. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date; any changes must be reported to sa444 support promptly.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sa444 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. sa444 will treat all activity conducted via your account as authorised by you. 4.4 Account Closure

sa444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, where these Terms have been breached, where fraudulent activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. Players wishing to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting support.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

sa444 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). sa444 does not accept payments in any foreign currency.

5.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit on sa444 is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the transaction. sa444 may adjust these limits at any time with notice posted on the platform.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to the sa444 account balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. In the event of a technical delay, players should contact support with the transaction reference number. sa444 is not responsible for delays attributable to the payment provider.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification as described in Section 5.5. Once verification is complete, sa444 targets a processing time of 15 minutes for bKash and Nagad withdrawals during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days. sa444 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.5 Verification Requirements

Before processing a withdrawal, sa444 may require you to submit one or more of the following: a government-issued photo ID (National ID Card or passport), proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash account showing your registered mobile number). Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in withdrawal suspension.

5.6 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in the immediate suspension of your sa444 account pending investigation.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players as specified in the individual promotion terms. Unless stated otherwise, each bonus offer is available to each eligible player once only. sa444 reserves the right to exclude any player from a bonus offer at its sole discretion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, minimum qualifying deposit, eligible products, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and validity period are stated in the specific promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and any winnings accrued from those funds.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

sa444 actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with abuse, including but not limited to: low-margin arbitrage betting to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, and wagering strategies with a theoretical return exceeding 70% on restricted games. Where bonus abuse is detected, sa444 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and recover any funds already withdrawn that were derived from abusive bonus activity.

6.4 Modification & Withdrawal of Offers

sa444 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time. Changes will not affect bonus funds already credited to a player's account prior to the modification, provided the player has not engaged in prohibited conduct.

7 Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on sa444 are final once confirmed by the platform. It is the player's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of a bet — including selection, stake, and market — before confirming. sa444 will not reverse a bet on the basis of player error after it has been accepted by the system.

7.2 Odds & Market Suspension

sa444 reserves the right to suspend any market, amend odds, or void bets where there is reasonable cause — including but not limited to: data feed errors, significant changes in match conditions, evidence of match manipulation, or technical platform errors. Where a bet is voided by sa444, the stake will be returned to the player's account.

7.3 Minimum & Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake amounts vary by sport, market, and event. These limits are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. sa444 may apply individual player-level stake restrictions where betting patterns indicate potential risk to platform integrity.

7.4 Results & Settlement

Bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the governing body of that sport (e.g., ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets are settled on the result at the conclusion of the relevant in-play period. sa444's decision on all settlement matters is final.

8 Casino & Game Rules

8.1 Game Suppliers

Casino games available on sa444 — including live dealer tables, slots, and arcade titles — are provided by certified third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 8.2 Malfunction Policy

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during the verification process.

14 Amendments to These Terms

sa444 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by sa444's customer support team in the first instance shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the applicable territory.
